This was our 3rd annual bake day with KK. We have such a good time every year doing this. This year we all went down on Friday night and spent the night so we would already be there to start cooking bright and early. We baked all day on Saturday and made so much great candie and best of all made some great memories. I can't wait until next years bake day. I am counting down the days already.

23 weeek doctor visit

So I went for my doctors visit last week. Everything is still going good. I am still right on for April 14th....yippy. This visit was not very exciting except that on my way to the doctor I had car trouble. My thermostat went bad in the car and made my car run hot. So I had to pull over and get the car towed and fixed. I was late for my appointment of course but they went ahead and worked me back in. Ifigured my blood pressure would be through the roof but it was good. So far I have gained a total of 12 pounds....not to bad I dont guess...considering. I go back to the doctor in 4 weeks and get to do my glucose test...which I dread. I am not very good at drinking stuff that does not taste good so hopefully I will pass the first time and not have to do the 3 hour test. So until next time. I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!!!

Ok so I had to go to the doctor the other day. I thought I was getting a bladder infection but it turns out everything is just fine. I called the nurse and of course they wanted to see me and check things out. The ended up doing an ultra sound and the sweet girl that did my ultrasound gave me a 4D peek at our precious little girl. I was 20 weeks and 5 days at the time of this ultrasound. She is still kinda small to get a good 4D picture but who cared I thought the picture turned out great. Oh and good gracious I gain 3 more pounds which makes it a total of 11 pounds....yikes...I go back to the doctor for my regular scheduled appointment on Dec 16th so I will update more then..

It's a girl!!!!

Well....We are happy to say that we are expecting a sweet precious little girl...We are soo excited...It is soo weird how we always thought that we were going to have a girl ever since I got pregnant. I was going to be shocked if they told me this little thing was going to be a boy....I can't wait to get started on the nursery. There is soooo much cute little girl stuff. The doctors appointment went great. I have gained a total of 8 pounds at this visit(18 weeks and 5 days). So far everything has been good with the pregnancy. The only thing that I can say that I have been craving is chocolate milk....I have to have it every morning. Other than that I have not had anything weird happen to me while I have been pregnant which I am glad of. I have now started to feel the baby moving around and kicking. It feels like little flutters in my stomach. It still just amazes me that there is a little baby in my stomach. I can't wait to meet this little girl. Anyways.....just thought I would share the great news. Due date is still set for April 14, 2010.

14 weeks and 5 days

The whole body...Wow this baby is getting big.

I got lucky today and got to get an ultrasound. I was not scheduled to get one today but the doctor could not find the heartbeat on the doppler today (pretty scary). Thank goodness I was already kinda prepared for this to happen. The doctor told me it is hard to find the heartbeat on the doppler at this visit so I was kinda ready for this. So I went to ultrasound they found the heartbeat pretty quick so that was some relief and it was 150 bpm...Anyways...Everything is going good with the baby. I still have been feeling great...I gained 4 pounds since my last visit..not sure if this is good or not but I guess it isnt bad..I didn't get in trouble...haha...I go back to the doctor in 4 weeks and we get to find out what this little baby is. I have been thinking the entire time that it is a girl but for some reason when they did the ultrasound today I had a feeling that it is a boy. I am just ready for this waiting to be over and I will know for sure. Hopefully little baby will cooperate with us next time so we can find out.

10 weeks 4 days

Oh... WOW... what a difference 2 weeks can make. I went to the doctor today and everything with the baby looked good. It was moving its little legs and arms around everywhere. It is so amazing to see that on the screen...this little baby growing inside of you. Absolutely AMAZING. The heart rate was 170 so everyone is telling me that this little baby is a girl but we will just have to wait a little longer to find out for sure. I have been feeling fine lately besides a few headaches and sinus issues but other than that I cant complain. I go to bed early and get up WAY to early. Richie says I get up early because my body is getting me ready for Saturday morning cartoons...ha....So anyways, I go back to the doctor in 4 weeks for my recheck. I hopefully will get to find out what this little baby is in 8 weeks..yippy...
