NEW HOPE

EVERY YEAR MY FAMILY GETS TOGETHER THE FIRST SUNDAY IN JUNE FOR THE NEW HOPE CHURCH HOMECOMING. WE HAVE BEEN DOING THIS EVER SINCE I CAN REMEMBER. WE GO TO SING AND MOST OF FOR ALL THE GREAT FOOD....THIS YEAR WE HAD A GREAT TURN OUT...CANT WAIT UNTIL NEXT YEAR!!

OK SO YEAH YOU ARE RIGHT EVERYTHING IS ALL TO CLOSE. THE ROWS ARE NOT BIG ENOUGH. IT IS ALMOST WHERE YOU CAN NOT WALK DOWN THEM GOOD. BUT HEY WE HAVE VEGTABLES GROWING AND IT IS A LOT OF FUN HAVING A GARDEN. I CAN SAY THIS MUCH WE SURE HAVE LEARNED ALOT ABOUT WHAT WE ARE NOT GOING TO DO NEXT YEAR WITH OUR GARDEN.

Garden

Well this is our garden so far. It is so amazing to watch all of this stuff grow. I cant believe we are actually growing food. It is crazy...now if only they will produce is the next step. then after that is making then taste like kk and pop's (my grandparents) vegtables. We will see. I will keep you updated.

Soon to be a Garden

Richie and I and Jason and Michelle are going to try out being farmers this summer. Richie and I have a good yard to plant a garden so Richie is getting us a place ready so we can plant this coming up weekend. I am sure Michelle and I will be doing all the picking and putting away of the vegtables but I can't wait to have some fresh vegtables to eat.....Hope it all goes good...we will see.
