Robertson Vacation 2008

The Biggest Sandcrab I have ever seen!!

Beach Pictures

Wolf Bay Lodge

Well if anyone has never eaten here then it is a must. The food is wonderful....very casual relaxed place to eat. Everyone should go at least once. It is GREAT!!

Fishing on the Bay

Well as you can see we didnt catch too many big fish while we were fishing. Richie did catch a catfish and a red fish but of course we did not have the camera at the time that he caught those so we dont have proof that there are bigger fish in the bay...We were using shrimp as our bait and man did they like eating that. The minute you would throw your bait in the water they would eat it suddenly...Anywas better luck next time on the trophy fish...

Pelican

This is a pelican that landed right beside us while we were fishing.

1st Canning

Well this was our first expierence of canning vegtables....it was interesting to say the least. We only had to call KK and POP oh about 10 times.....It is a scary process because you think the top might blow off the pot but once the pressure gets high enough and it starts making a little noise and the weight starts rocking is when you know you are on your way to having some freshly canned vegtables...Here are just a few pics from the process...Don't even ask about Richie. He got a little excited about the hole process and started singing to the vegtables....

Beautiful Sunflowers

These are some sunflowers that we grew in our garden....Arent they so pretty.

Earl got a NEW BIG Tank

this was his old nasty dirty tank.....for some reason earl really loved this tank. It always seemed the more dirty it was the happier he was.....so we just quit cleaning it because he always made it dirty again right after we would clean it.

This is Earl's new big tank....He is going to feel like he is in the rive in this big thing. Earl went from a small 15 gallon tank to and 55 gallon tank. My friend at work gave me this tank and boy does Earl love it.

Richie loves the tank also. He is sooo silly!!
